We’re looking for a proactive and organised Shift Manager to help support our daily shift operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone eager to begin a career in operations, coordination, or team support. While previous shift management experience is a plus, it’s not required—we’ll provide training and ongoing support.
You’ll play a key role in helping the team run smoothly, managing task flows, and ensuring that critical information is tracked and communicated. If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems, and working with a team, we’d love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Carry out day-to-day shift operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Monitor the assignment flow, assess responsibilities, and adjust shifts based on operational needs.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Prepare and deliver reports, including performance metrics, incidents, and asset usage.
Maintain effective communication between the assets and with senior management.
Identify areas for improvement in operations and propose or implement process enhancements.
Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights from shift-level observations.
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Comfortable using digital tools (Google Sheets, email, etc.).
Attention to detail and great organisational skills.
Team player with clear and professional communication.
“Cool head” and “rolling up sleeves” approach to problem-solving.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
Bonus Points (Not Required):
Operational experience in Atlassian JIRA.
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets functions (e.g., filters, basic formulas).
Experience acting as a communication link between management and client-support teams.
Previous shift management experience.
