Job Description - Social Media Assistant for a Digital Marketing Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

• Assist with creating, editing and preparing social media content for clients across Meta and other relevant platforms.

• Schedule and publish social media content and assist with maintaining content calendars.

• Support Meta campaign management, including basic setup, scheduling, monitoring and reporting.

• Assist with Google Ads setup and ongoing campaign support as required.

• Create and edit graphics and social media content using Canva.

• Assist with short-form video editing and preparation of content for social platforms.

• Update and maintain client information and activities within HubSpot CRM.

• Prepare basic social media and campaign reports and assist with reviewing performance.

• Work closely with the agency team to ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
