Job Description - Social Media Manager for a Hair Care and Styling Business in the US (Home Based Part Time)




• Manage day-to-day Instagram and TikTok accounts with a focus on consistent, high-quality posting




• Post content at least once daily across platforms, scheduling posts at optimal times for audience engagement




• Edit and format raw videos and photos provided by the client into engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks)




• Write captions and select relevant hashtags to maximize reach and visibility




• Monitor social media trends and recommend timely content ideas that fit the brand




• Boost selected Instagram posts as paid ads, monitoring performance and adjusting as needed




• Track and analyze engagement metrics (reach, views, follows, best posting times) and share regular performance updates




• Maintain a content calendar to keep posting organized and consistent
