Social Worker for Home Health & Hospice
Do you have the desire for that work/life balance? We can give you that! The Social Workers assist our team in providing resources and support to the patients and their families in the home setting. The agency is in need of a per diem Social Worker to our Harbors' team.

Required qualifications:
Masters degree in Social Work or
Bachelors degree in Social Work, psychology, sociology & one year experience in a healthcare setting
Drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract and current vehicle insurance

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
