What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end recruiting for PDE roles (product, design, and engineering)
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, profiles, and hiring priorities
- Manage candidates and hiring workflows in Lever (ATS)
- Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience for product, design, and/or engineering roles
- Proven experience sourcing technical and product-adjacent talent
- Hands-on experience using an ATS; Lever experience is a plus
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once
- Clear, professional communication skills
