Position Purpose:
The IMA Group is seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our team in either our Jacksonville or West Palm Beach office. In this role, you will enter scheduling data into WATs received from VA subcontractors, monitor processing dashboards to ensure reports are submitted, and perform schedule checks to ensure accuracy.
 
Compensation: This is a part-time position offering 30 hours per week at a rate of $16 per hour.
 
Work Arrangement: This position will begin onsite, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule. Once eligible for hybrid, the schedule will typically be two days onsite and two days remote per week. Further transition to fully remote work may be considered based on performance and productivity. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor data transfers and manually schedule disability vouchers in IMA’s system.
  • Oversee and support the data entry team, ensuring timely task completion and productivity.
  • Identify and escalate any scheduling or IT issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate with clinics and disability agencies to ensure accurate documentation for appointments.
  • Ensure provider schedules are fully booked and report issues to the Provider Relations department.
  • Train and coach new and existing data entry staff.
  • Assist with special projects and assignments from various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Experience: 1 year of administrative or data entry experience (required). Scheduling or medical administrative experience preferred.
