Job Description - Virtual Administration & Accounts Assistant for a Family -Owned Strawberry Farm in Australia (Home B




• Manage general virtual administration across the business.



• Respond to incoming customer enquiries through Gmail, Facebook Messenger and Meta Business.



• Manage bookings.



• Assist with accounts administration, including invoicing and related tasks.



• Assist with Xero administration



• Monitor incoming messages and ensure enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.



• Keep administrative information organised and up to date.



• Provide end-of-day handover notes outlining completed tasks and anything requiring follow-up.



• Use ChatGPT as a support tool where appropriate to assist with day-to-day tasks.
