Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support influencer outreach and photo licensing for a subscription-based baby photo app. The role focuses on sourcing and contacting mom influencers to secure photo licensing deals for marketing campaigns.
You will be responsible for identifying potential influencer moms on TikTok and Instagram, initiating outreach, managing communications, and finalizing photo agreements. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a bubbly, high-energy approach to client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify mom influencers on TikTok/Instagram (preferably under 30k followers).
- Reach out to potential partners, initiate conversations, and explain licensing opportunities.
- Negotiate photo usage terms (will provide pricing structure).
- Track and manage ongoing influencer outreach pipeline.
- Ensure licensed photos meet company requirements (full body, top-down baby shots, age 0–6 months preferred).
- Communicate with warmth, enthusiasm, and positive energy in all outreach.
- Provide weekly progress updates to the client.
- Adapt to related tasks (e.g., video sourcing, outreach expansion) as needed.
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong written English communication skills (bubbly, enthusiastic tone).
- Experience with influencer outreach, social media research, or community engagement.
- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram (searching via hashtags, trend identification).
- Reliable, self-managed, and detail-oriented.
- Gmail access and ability to manage outreach communication.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with moms, parent-focused communities, or influencer marketing.
- Background in social media management, lead generation, or outreach coordination.
- Being a mom yourself (not required, but relatable experience is a plus).
