Working Student/Part Time - Regional Operations

Job Mission

We are searching for a highly motivated part-time individual or working student to support the regional needs of the Japan and Korea business.

As a part-time/working student for the Seoul team, you will support the Senior Regional Director for the management of the Seoul office and regional business. Tasks will include but is not limited to creative management, data analysis and reporting, Ad Operations, and ad-hoc office needs.

In this role, you have the opportunity to expose yourself to the ad tech industry and learn about the performance marketing from one of the leading companies in the world, and you will be able to contribute to the further growth of our Korea business and have an impact on all of our employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Creative Management: Organise, upload, and ensure creatives comply with brand guidelines and technical requirements. Monitor & Track creative performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyse data, create reports using Excel/BI tools.
• Tracking Link Test: Conduct basic URL testing per guidelines.
• Office Administration: Manage office tasks like ordering supplies and welcoming guests.
• Ad Hoc Support: Assist with tasks assigned by the Senior Regional Director.

Job Requirements

• Native Korean and business-level English (written & spoken).
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Japanese language is an advantage
