Reset Merchandiser

The primary role of the Reset Merchandiser is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner. Ensuring retail partners schematic is updated to current standards and brand expectations.  Maintain Red Bull products to proper stock level, displayed, and rotated correctly, glided with front and back tags.  Work collaboratively with partner reset vendors to execute door swaps, shelf adjustments and competing product moves.

MANAGING EXPECTATIONS

Maintain records required for compliance with internal policy, State and Federal regulations including driver logs, records of fuel purchase, mileage records, trainings and other records required by law

Professional representation of the company and Red Bull brand through responsible driving and in market presence

Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with retail & reset vendor partners

EXECUTION

Execute and adhere to Red Bull merchandising processes and routines

Ensure Red Bull products are properly rotated and maintained in accordance with product rotation standards thereby minimizing out of code and damaged product concerns

Ensure that all Red Bull equipment and/or space is set to current standards, clean, in good working order, and presented in a premium manner

Perform Red Bull resets, to include new schematic, door swap, shelf adjustments, new glide, clean, filled and tagged.

Fight for earned space, build, protect, and grow the Red Bull product portfolio

Ensure integrity is maintained in energy set and work with retail partner to gain flex space

Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices

Lead by example and adhere to Company standards & Red Bull Values

A Valid US Driver’s License

Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience merchandising is a plus

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
