What You'll Do: 

  • Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
  • Meal setup, assistance, and light dining area cleanup
  • Monitoring residents’ health and reporting significant changes (e.g., chest pain, behavior changes, or abnormal vital signs)
  • Providing support with light housekeeping and laundry


What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of experience in senior care (preferred)
  • CBRF Certification (required for all team members in Wisconsin)
