Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday

How You’ll Make an Impact:

As a Resident Assistant, you’ll help residents feel safe and supported during evening hours by:
• Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transferring, etc.
• Supporting residents with mobility, positioning, and evening routines
• Monitoring health and behavior, and reporting any concerns promptly
• Helping with light cleaning, laundry, and meal prep or snack service
• Promoting comfort, calm, and dignity throughout the night

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Experience in senior living or caregiving (Preferred)
• Compassionate attitude and a strong work ethic
• Dependable, calm presence during overnight hours
