Job Description - Resident Assistant/CNA GoodWorks At Home, McKenzie, TN.

Aide/Caregiver

Hours 24-32 hours per week.

Duties include.

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility
Monitor health, safety and well-being of the clients.
Document information pertaining to clients' functional status or condition in appropriate flow sheet binder.
Provide Hands On support/Eye View to clients.
Assist in keeping the environment safe for clients.
Report any changes or concerns regarding client' condition to Supervisor.
Do housekeeping for clients.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Background and drug test required.
