Job Description:

Join our dedicated team at Grand Villa, located in the beautiful Palm Coast, Florida. We are currently seeking full-time Medical Technicians (Med Techs) to provide exceptional care to our senior residents in our Assisted Living Facility. We are open to training the right candidates with experience in care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality care to seniors, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and respect.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.

- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal assistance.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a caregiving role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some major holidays.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors.

- Must be able to pass a level 2 background check and drug screening.
