Part-time second shifts and PRN Availability

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to join our team in a full-time role at Grand Villa of Clearwater. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our senior residents in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join our Grand Villa Family.

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Administer medications as directed by the nurse (Med tech preferred)

- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nurse

- Assist with meal service and clean up

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in providing care to seniors preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Ability to work well in a team environment
