Job Description:

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our senior residents in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and assess residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team

- Assist with daily living activities and provide personal care to residents

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida

- Previous experience in a long-term care or senior living setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
