Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and housekeeping duties in private homes while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive company image through professional and friendly client communication.
• Clean and sanitize residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain overall cleanliness of client homes
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
• Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures to ensure quality service
• Properly dispose of trash and recyclables
• Alert management to any customer feedback, supply needs, or safety concerns
• Occasionally use email or calendar apps to manage appointments or communication
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company’s brand standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
  • At least 1 year of professional housekeeping or related cleaning experience is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of general customer service experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong customer relationship and service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Reliable transportation is a must to travel to and from client locations.
