Resort Maintenance Tech

Calling all handyman or handywoman type workers! Beautiful Cragun's Resort on Gull Lake is looking for multiple detail-oriented team members to join our Resort Maintenance team. This job requires basic working and troubleshooting knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance and minor electrical work. We offer great resort benefits and flexible scheduling! 

Scope of day to day responsibilities include:

• Complete assigned Resort maintenance tasks in a timely efficient manner
• Collaborate with fellow team members in troubleshooting and resolution of Resort infrastructure related deficiencies
• Support on-site property projects as delegated
• Operate various forms of grounds equipment such as forklift and tractor/loader
• Adapt quickly to resort infrastructure priority shifts
• Respond to guest related requests

• Ability to complete tasks in timely manner
• Willing to learn different aspects of general resort maintenance
• Customer services skills when helping guests
• Some former maintenance background a plus but not necessarily required
• We will train!
