We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in supporting a vibrant, determined young woman who is passionate about living independently despite her disabilities. This individual is full of energy, smiles constantly, and has a cheerful, inquisitive nature. She enjoys the support of a strong family network and resides in her family home.

As a key member of her care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in her daily life, promoting independence and fostering her personal growth. We are looking for someone who is patient, proactive, and ready to bring positivity to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow Seizure Protocol: Be prepared to respond appropriately in case of a seizure, ensuring her safety and well-being at all times.

Support and Encourage Independence: Always presume competence and assist in ways that empower her to achieve her goals.

Meal Assistance: Provide help with both regular meals and G-tube feedings, ensuring proper nutrition and comfort.

Personal Care Assistance: Support with personal hygiene and daily care routines, always respecting her dignity and preferences.

Leisure & Social Engagement: Accompany her during recreational activities, helping her build social connections and enjoy new experiences.
