Job Description - Respiration-Focused Yoga Instructor

Location: Pearl City, Hawaii
Position: Part-time
Duties:

Develop and deliver two weekly 1-hour yoga sessions tailored to military personnel.
Instruct on breathing techniques, postural coherence, and neuromuscular patterning.
Create a safe and supportive yoga environment.
Adapt sessions based on individual student needs.
Monitor students for signs of injury and modify poses as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress.

Requirements:

500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) through Yoga Alliance.
Certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Provider.
Certified Reiki Master through The International Center for Reiki Training.
