Help launch our new community hospital! Exceptional Healthcare is seeking skilled Respiratory Therapists (PRN) to provide critical respiratory care across all departments. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver exceptional care to patients of all ages with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

• Assess and treat respiratory-compromised patients of all ages
• Operate and manage LTV 1200 ventilators
• Draw and interpret ABGs and advocate for appropriate care
• Administer respiratory treatments including inhalants and therapeutic gases
• Operate mechanical ventilators and aerosol generators
• Develop and evaluate respiratory therapy treatment plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Assist with various clinical needs as part of our versatile team

What You'll Need

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• At least 2 years of ER/ICU experience as an RT
• At least 2 years of experience with pediatric patients
• Current unencumbered RT license in the state of practice
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (NRP preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to function as a team player in a small facility environment
