Just Smokin' Barbecue is looking for part-time kitchen and food truck help. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love good grub, we'd love to make you a member of the team! (No experience needed but a plus).

***Qualifications***

20-35 hrs.

Have a positive and friendly attitude towards other kitchen staff and customers

Have customer service skills; (During food truck shifts, you will be expected to interact directly with customers)

Be able to actively listen to directions

Be reliable and on time

Flexible days and shifts available; Tuesday-Sunday, 8am-10pm. Early shift options available in certain situations

Must have a valid driver's license and transportation

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to lift 50lbs.

***Job Duties***

Cleaning and sanitizing all areas

Dish washing

Food prep

Food Plating

Food Running

Kitchen setup and breakdown

Stock and organize kitchen

Salary: B.O.E. and availability to work

Just Smokin’ Barbecue uses a southern style cooking technique of Low and Slow. We began serving Waukesha County with our delicious meats and complimentary homemade sides in 2016 from food truck! We are located in Lannon, WI now and offer a traveling food trailer during the months of April – October.
