Restaurant Assistant Manager/Manager on Duty (MOD)

The Spot in Georgetown is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager / Manager on Duty (MOD) to help lead our team and deliver a great guest experience. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospitality environment. 

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth daily operations 
• Lead, support, and motivate front- and back-of-house team members 
• Provide excellent guest service and handle guest needs or concerns professionally 
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and teamwork 
• Open and/or close the restaurant as needed 
• Step in to cover shifts, particularly on the General Manager’s days off

• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
• Strong focus on hospitality, teamwork, and communication 
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure 
• Ability to lead by example and support the team on the floor 
• Availability to work on the GM’s days off (required)
