As Taco Bob's grows, we are in search of friendly, hardworking, enthusiastic people to add to our team! Welcoming applications for open interviews for all our locations in Southwest Michigan.
Part-Time and Full-Time positions available with potential for moving forward in compensation and increase in hours.
Benefits include employee meals, tips, and flexible and consistent schedule. After an introductory period, employees qualify for additional benefits including health insurance, IRA matching, and paid time off.
Cashiering position involves learning our menu and POS system to take customer's orders, cleaning duties such as busing tables and keeping up on the lobby, sweeping floors and doing dishes. Other responsibilities include learning how to do food prep work, restocking areas and bagging up orders.
Line cook position involves learning our menu, kitchen skills and safety along with cleaning duties for the kitchen and other areas of the restaurant. Other responsibilities include learning how to do food prep work, restocking areas and bagging up orders.
Persons applying are recommended to have the following:
- Servsafe certification (not required)
- A positive attitude!
- A willingness to have fun!!
Pay: $12.00-$15.00 per hour + CASH TIPS ON TOP OF HOURLY WAGE!
End of the year bonuses.
