Restaurant Server

Point 9 Trailside Eatery opens this June right off the Redbud Trail—and we’re looking for enthusiastic Front of House Servers to help us create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest.

As a Server, you’ll help deliver a polished dining experience by ensuring guests feel welcome and taken care of after ordering at the counter. You’ll run food and drinks, anticipate needs, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining space. Whether you’re bringing past experience or a strong desire to learn, we’ll provide the support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  Provide warm, attentive tableside service after guests place orders at the counter

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, including wine service

  
  


• 
  

  Check in with guests during their meals and respond to any needs or concerns

  
  


• 
  

  Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean, organized dining area

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and the counter team for smooth service

  
  


• 
  

  Restock service stations and maintain supply levels throughout the shift

  
  


• 
  

  Answer guest questions about the menu, dining process, or concept

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with cleaning and upkeep tasks throughout the restaurant

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• All servers must be 18+


• 
  

  Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Friendly, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to stay focused and upbeat in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
