Restaurant Team Member - Part-Time, Lunch Only Shift

Chick-fil-A Ashland is hiring friendly, dependable Customer Service and Kitchen Team Members for part-time, day shifts. If you're looking for a shorter lunch shift while your children are in school, this is the shift for you!

Restaurant experience is not required. We provide paid training and are looking for people who bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve others.

Schedule:

• Part-Time shifts including: 10:00am-2:00pm, 11:00-2:00pm, 11:00am-3:00pm, 11:30am-4:00pm

• Weekday and Saturday shifts

• Flexible schedules based on restaurant needs and applicant availability

• Saturday availability is preferred; closed Sundays

What you’ll do:

• Work as a cashier in the drive thru, front counter, or as a host in the dining room, or work in the kitchen as a line cook or in food prep

• Welcome and serve guests with warmth and professionalism

• Take and prepare orders accurately

• Serve guests at the front counter, in the dining room, and in the drive-thru

• Work with urgency while maintaining a positive attitude

• Keep guest areas and kitchen clean, stocked, and welcoming

• Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders

• Help create the attentive service Chick-fil-A guests expect

What we’re looking for:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Must communicate fluently in English

• Dependability and consistent attendance

• A positive, humble, team-first attitude

• Coachability and willingness to learn

• Reliable transportation to the restaurant

• Saturday availability, except in limited circumstances

• A friendly, service-oriented communication style

• The ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy restaurant
