Restaurant Team Member - Part-Time, Lunch Only Shift

Chick-fil-A is hiring friendly, dependable Customer Service and Kitchen Team Members for flexible, part-time lunch shifts. If you’re looking for a shorter shift while your children are in school, this could be a great fit!

Restaurant experience is not required. We provide paid training and are looking for people who bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve others.

Pay: 

• Part-Time: $13–$17/hour
• Full-Time: $14–$17/hour

Schedule:

• Flexible part-time lunch shifts

• Generally start between 10:00–11:00 AM

• Generally leave between 2:00–4:00 PM

• Exact schedules may vary based on the day, business needs, and each Team Member’s availability

• Weekday and Saturday shifts

• Saturday availability is preferred

• Closed Sundays

What you’ll do:

• Work as a cashier in the drive-thru or at the front counter, serve as a dining room host, or work in the kitchen as a line cook or food-prep Team Member

• Welcome and serve guests with warmth and professionalism

• Take and prepare orders accurately

• Serve guests at the front counter, in the dining room, and in the drive-thru

• Work with urgency while maintaining a positive attitude

• Keep guest areas and the kitchen clean, stocked, and welcoming

• Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders

• Help provide the attentive service Chick-fil-A guests expect

What we’re looking for:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Must communicate fluently in English

• Dependability and consistent attendance

• A positive, humble, team-first attitude

• Coachability and a willingness to learn

• Reliable transportation to the restaurant

• Saturday availability, except in limited circumstances

• A friendly, service-oriented communication style

• The ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy restaurant
