Job Description - Retail Customer Service Representative

We’re not looking for “just” a shop assistant. We’re looking for someone who loves talking to people, takes pride in great customer service, and enjoys getting creative with design and print.

At PostNet Rancho Mirage, we’re all about helping local businesses shine — from printing banners and menus to creating business cards, posters, and more. We also offer shipping, notary services, and a full range of business support. It’s busy, varied, and no two days are the same.


What You’ll Do:


  • Help customers in-store, by phone, and by email with shipping, printing, and design requests

  • Use tools like Canva (and our in-store equipment) to bring customer projects to life

  • Operate printers, copiers, and other production tools

  • Assist with shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS)

  • Keep the store organized and running smoothly

  • Be a friendly, familiar face for our loyal local business customers

We’d Love You To Have:


  • Confident, clear communication skills (you’re a natural people person)

  • Experience with Canva or other basic design tools

  • Some printing or production experience (bonus points for large-format printing)

  • Notary Public license (handy, but not required)

  • Shipping/mailing experience (helpful, but not essential)

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
