Our club is located 12 miles south of Denver in a quiet golf community that is looking for a special person to join our retail team.

• $1M in sales
• Clothing Allowance
• Full Membership (500 golf members; 110 social)
• 31,000 rounds on average; 10% guest play

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of members and guests are key attributes for this position. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment. The person should have a working knowledge of the latest men’s and women’s fashions and an artistic mind for creating visually appealing merchandise displays.

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead merchandiser to maintain an attractive shop with visually appealing merchandise displays. 
• Sales experience and the ability to service customers are desired traits. 
• Responsible for placing fill-in merchandise orders in a timely manner. 
• Facilitate and operate quarterly inventories with the Director of Retail and professional staff.
• Operate CLUB ESSENTIAL point-of-sale system.
• Receive, tag, and display stock and special-order merchandise. 
• Code invoices to the correct accounts and process to accounting.
• Develop creative sales & promotional concepts such as trunk shows and holiday promotions.
• A forward-facing, on-floor, flexible position with hours ranging from 15-30 hrs. / week, with the possibility of equating to an FT position. Our busy season is from May to October and Holidays. 

Qualifications:

• Merchandising/Retailing degree is helpful but not required.
• 1-2 years experience in merchandising or a retail store preferred.
• Golf background and knowledge are helpful for this position but not required. 

Compensation & Benefits: Part-time position with flexible hours ranging from 15 - 30 hrs. per week. 

Salary Range: $30-$35 / hour, one meal per 8-hour shift, uniforms, golf privileges on the Championship and short courses.
