Retail Operations Associate (Seasonal, Three Quarter-Time)

Description

Essential Duties

• Greet and welcome guests
• Engage with guests to ensure they are finding items
• Stock and maintain appropriate levels of product in all areas
• Ensure food items (pizza, sandwiches, salads) are available for guests. Requests additional products with Food Services staff if food area is running low
• Follow all opening and closing procedures for all areas
• Adheres to cash handling polices and standards
• Food Safety standards are met and adhered to consistently

Minimum Qualifications/Requirement

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 6 months’ experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
• Ability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to pass any required certification for food, liquor health and safety

Ideal Candidate will have

• Basic cash handling or point-of-sale experience
• Strong Communication Skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for creating joyful, memorable guest experiences
