Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a Part-time with potential to be full time Registered Nurse Case Manager based out of our Keene office.
The Registered Nurse Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.

Schedule

Part time

Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM( flexible days)

12 hours weekly

Job Requirements

Valid nursing license in the state of NH

2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred

1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred

Recent wound care experience preferred

Current CPR certification

Reliable transportation
