• Conduct initial in-home assessments and create care plans
• Perform caregiver skill evaluations and supervisory visits
• Ensure caregiver and client documentation is up to date and compliant
• Collaborate with the care team to support client health and satisfaction

• Active RN license in Virginia (good standing)
• 1+ year of nursing experience (6+ months in a supervisory role preferred)
• Passion for senior care and comfort working independently
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean background
