Schedule: 

PART-TIME

• Every Monday, Friday and every other weekend | 2nd shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm) 
• Every Friday | 2nd shift (2:30pm - 11pm) 

Starting wage : $33+ based on experience

•  LPN or RN
•  Compassionately motivated about serving and celebrating seniors 
•  Act with integrity by providing specialized care to residents with Alzheimer’s & Dementia 
•  Contribute to an inclusive culture thriving o n teamwork and positive attitudes
•  Promote innovation including operating an electronic medical record system
