RN – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Trach/Vent) Weekend Nights | Missouri City, TX

Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-acuity pediatric private duty nursing for weekend night shifts in Missouri City, TX.

This role is ideal for RNs with tracheostomy and ventilator experience who prefer focused 1-on-1 care over facility-based ratios.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 0–20)


• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care


• Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes


• Follow physician orders and individualized plans of care


• Communicate with families and the care team


• Complete EMR documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas – REQUIRED


• Trach and ventilator experience – REQUIRED


• CPR certification


• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds


• Assist with transfers and medical equipment
