Job Description - RN Registered Nurse Home Health $40 to $90

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with OASISE, be confident performing Start of Care (SOC) visits, and be wellversed in Medicare home health guidelines.

Requirements

Active Florida RN license

OASISE experience required

Comfortable completing Start of Care (SOC) visits

Solid understanding of Medicare documentation and regulations

Level 2 Background Screening (fingerprints) required

Current CPR certification

Reliable transportation for field visits

Strong communication, organization, and assessment skills

One year of Home Health experience

Job Responsibilities

Conduct SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge assessments

Document accurately in compliance with OASISE and Medicare standards

Deliver highquality skilled nursing care in the patient’s home

Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team

Travel within the Riverview, Sun City, Ruskin, and Apollo Beach areas

Compensation

Approx. $40 - $90 per hour Based of the type of visit

Compensation varying based on visit type (SOC, ROC, Recert, routine visits, etc.)

Consistent workload within a focused service area
