We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position(s):
Home Health Nurse - RN PRN FOR INFUSIONS

Job Description: As a home health Infusion nurse – your responsibilities will be:
- Assess patient's condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits
- Prepare and administer IV medications and therapies while following established protocols and guidelines (this includes calculating dosages, selecting appropriate IV sites, and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of treatment)
- Closely monitor patients during infusion (vital signs, observe for any adverse reactions and intervene if necessary,
- Document any changes with detailed documentation
- Work collaboratively with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans
- Provide education to the patients and their families on the purpose of infusion therapy

Job Requirements: Must have Certification for IV Infusion. Must be 18 years or older and possess at least an associate’s degree in nursing from an industry-accredited institution; Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training. Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care. Current FL State RN license is required.

Job Type: Per diem, W2
Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Per visit; Varies based on visit
