This position is a roaming maintenance and construction technician. In this position you will be dispatched to various service tickets to repair both commercial and residential properties. On top of the repair ticket aspect, you may also be required to be a part of new install projects. These range from bathroom remodels to revamping a commercial store. This position requires a lot of driving. You must have a good license with a clean history. This will start as a Part - Time position with some night work as needed. We also get emergency work orders over the weekend we offer that pay extra. Must have your own basic tools/transportation. Anything specialized will be provided when needed. 

Have experience with common maintenance and construction jobs. You will also be doing some minor low voltage repairs with a partner we have. 

We are a small, family run business with lots of growth potential as we grow. We have many large contracts and continue to add more every quarter. We currently do not offer benefits but we are looking to get there as we grow. Please have at least 1-3 years experience in the Contruction field and know how to use tools. Pay will be based on experience and how much training we have to provide. $25-$30 an hour to start DOE.
