About the Household:
👩‍⚕️ Mom is a doctor with a flexible schedule — she may be sleeping during the day after night shifts
👨‍🏫 Dad is a professor and will be out of the house during working hours
⏰ No strict routine — just a welcoming, go-with-the-flow home

Requirements:
✅ At least 2 years of childcare experience
✅ CPR & First Aid certified
✅ Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
✅ Able to pass a background and reference check
✅ At least 18 years old
✅ Up-to-date on standard child vaccinations (MMR, Tdap, chickenpox, etc)
💉 Flu and COVID vaccines preferred but not required
