RunUnited Sales Associate - Full Time/Part-Time

Job description:

As a Retail Sales Associate specializing in running and footwear at RunUnited, you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their fitness and performance goals. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and assisting customers in finding the right shoes and footwear for their needs. 

Compensation: $17.00/hour plus bonuses
Scheduling:  Full time: 30-40 hours per week / Part Time: 20 - 25 hours per week

SIGN ON BONUS: $200 after 60 days!

Your duties will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable manner
• Conducting thorough customer needs assessments to recommend suitable running shoes and footwear
• Providing expert advice on shoe technology, fit, and performance. 
• Assisting customers in trying on and selecting the perfect pair of shoes
• Upselling and cross-selling related products and accessories
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring the store is clean and properly merchandized
• Collaborating with team members to create a  positive shopping experience for all customers

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive store environment
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus!
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings as required.
