Ruoff Music Center Night of Show Venue Upsells

Job Summary:

The Role:

Entrepreneurial spirits who want to sell various venue amenities directly to fans during the show.

Job Functions:

• Selling upgrades in various venue merchandise stands throughout the venue including: club access, lawn decks, ticket upgrades, future tickets, lawn chairs and blankets.
• Interacting with fans and answering any questions that may arise about the venue or amenities
• Setting up and tearing down designated areas for the show
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Responsible for Point-of-Sale technology with credit card purchases
• Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and have a strong sense of teamwork, while being able to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Position requires physical activity such as walking, standing, climbing stairs and lifting and carrying 30 lbs+ in an outdoor rain or shine event.
• Candidates considered for this position will undergo a background check and must be cleared prior to the first scheduled shift.
