Position Overview:

The Sales Administrator is the connecting piece between the customer and the Salesperson by providing support with various business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Creative Team through Asana Project Management Software to maintain current sales material & new items as they are launched e.g. one-sheets, presentation slide decks, product images &videos.
• Update price sheets & spec sheets when changes are needed and approved.
• Keep Product PowerPoints updated and current.
• Set up new items & maintain existing images for Distribution Centers with Syndigo,
• IXONE, Range Me, 1WorldSync, or other product management portals.
• Complete promotional forms and new vendor set-up forms when requested.
• Provide support to outside sales team as needed eg sending samples.
• Utilize task management software (currently Asana) to organize tasks, document & sample requests.
• Other administrative tasks and projects as necessary.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• CRM and ERP experience beneficial
• Project Management software experience beneficial
• Self-Motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
• Strong desire to get things done and demonstrate accountability with small and large initiatives
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced & ever-changing environment

Schedule:

Part-Time 

5 hour shift - anytime between 8am-5pm 

Monday to Friday
