Job Description - Sales and Community Outreach

Seeking an energetic and ambitious Wellness Studio Sales Manager to join the forefront of an
elite infrared sauna studio

Are you passionate about cutting-edge wellness technologies? Do you dream of blending your
enthusiasm for health with a fulfilling career? Join Perspire Sauna Studio of Chico at the
forefront of infrared therapy and help others achieve optimal well-being while building a
rewarding career!

Part-time
$20,000-$50,000 per year. Base salary of $20 per hour plus commission

Primary Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for marketing at local events

B to B’s- ability to build relationships with other business referral partners in the area

Social Media management

Utilize CRM to build a customer base

Effectively communicate the benefits of infrared saunas

Drive and convert leads into studio members

Connect with local community organizations

Work in the studio shift as needed and on-call

Innovative ideas for marketing and sales

Demonstrate accountability by consistently tracking and reporting weekly progress to ownership

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with CRM

Reliable transportation to transport items to events

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Enthusiasm for building relationships

Ideal candidate:

Passion for promoting health and wellness

Works well independently as well as in a team environment

Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
