Sales & Events Associate - Part Time

 **THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION**

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales & Events Associate to join our team! This multifaceted role combines bridal and gown sales expertise with creative contributions to events, marketing initiatives, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about weddings, fashion, and customer service, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized consultations to brides and bridal parties.
• Guide clients through gown selection, fittings, and accessory coordination.
• Maintain a welcoming and elegant showroom environment.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to team performance.

Event Assistance:

• Support planning and execution of in-store events, trunk shows, and bridal expos.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site customer engagement.

Marketing & Social Media:

• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, client testimonials, and product highlights.
• Monitor engagement metrics and contribute ideas to grow online presence.

 Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bridal, fashion retail, or event coordination preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative eye for styling and content creation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic photo/video editing tools.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed for events and appointments.
