Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales and Marketing teams in daily administrative and organizational tasks. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the inner workings of a dynamic brand, gain exposure to cross-functional projects, and develop essential professional skills in a collaborative environment. 

Key Details: 

• Where You’ll Work: Onsite, Bellevue HQ
• Type of Role: Part-Time, temporary  (6 month project) with potential for extension 
• Your Hours: 15–20 hours/week, flexible scheduling within Pacific Time business hours 
• Physical Demands: Prolonged sitting and use of a computer for design work 
• Travel Expectations: None 

Your Responsibilities as the Temporary Sales and Marketing Coordinator: 

• Accurately enter and process sales orders in a timely manner 
• Assist with the organization and upkeep of digital content and marketing assets 
• Help maintain and organize sales collateral and promotional materials 
• Coordinate ordering of office supplies and branded marketing materials 
• Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support as needed 
• Other duties as assigned, with room for growth as the role evolves

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace 
• Clear communication skills—both written and verbal 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
