Job Description - Sales & Service - CSR


About the Role:

The Sales & Service Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty at First National Bank of Pasco Inc. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by addressing their banking needs, resolving inquiries, and promoting financial products and services. The CSR will work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that align with those objectives. By fostering strong relationships with clients, the CSR contributes to the overall growth and success of the bank. Ultimately, this role is pivotal in ensuring a positive customer experience and driving business results through effective communication and service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with banking software and systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in person and over the phone to provide information about banking products and services.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and cross-sell bank products to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the bank's systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support overall branch operations.
