What You’ll Do

1 Sales & Revenue Growth

  Partner with our Regional Manager to execute monthly sales strategies that drive membership growth

  Coach and motivate our front desk sales team to exceed performance goals

  Monitor KPIs and contribute to a high-energy, results-driven studio culture

  
  

2 Social Media Marketing

  Create vibrant, on-brand content for our studio’s social media platforms

  Collaborate with local businesses and influencers to expand our digital footprint

  Execute in-studio marketing campaigns that excite and engage our community

  
  

3 Business Development

• 
  

  Build strategic partnerships with local organizations to boost brand awareness
