Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assistance in order entry and coordination with warehouse and transportation as needed

•  Daily oversight of order details including portal management
•  Updating of product and weekly/annual sales summary
•  Provide phone support for sales
•  Assist in logistical and transportation support for orders and transfers between warehouses
•  Assist in purchase order creation and detail, transportation, charges
•  Coordinates BOL and passing information with accounting
•  Assist in all aspects of the order cycle from entry, shipment and arrival
•  Runs Famous reports, summarizes and creates Excel spreadsheet for visual aids

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•  Must be able to work in a team environment
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
•  Famous experience preferred; intermediate Excel skills required
•  Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
•  Some college desired or comparable work experience
•  Perform other duties as assigned by the needs of the business.
•  Ability to present oneself with professional appearance and behavior in accordance to Employee Handbook Policies.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Administration
•  2-3 years sales experience
•  Bilingual – English/Spanish
