Job Description - Sales Associate

*Part-time role, up to full-time (weekend and evening availability required)

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join our Sales Associate team at our upscale sauna studio!

Our studio operates during the following hours:

Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for positive, reliable, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience

Here's what you’ll be doing:

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Maintain a clean facility, including turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
