Role Summary The Sales Associate is the front-line ambassador of Club Pilates Somers Point.The Sales Associate delivers best-in-class first impressions, supports studio operations, and assists in driving revenue across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. This entry role provides hands-on exposure to sales, customer service, retail, and early-stage marketing support. Opportunity for Commissions.
Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales
Greet members, perform check-ins, and create a welcoming environment.
Execute lead follow-up, appointment booking, and membership sales under supervision.
Conduct studio tours and present introductory offers.
Participate in grassroots marketing and community events.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Capture on-brand photos/videos for social media content needs.
Assist with posting accuracy by confirming class schedules and event details.
Recommend trending ideas and culture moments to leadership.
Events
Assist with internal and external event logistics and execution.
Represent the studio during community events.
Support set-up/tear-down and staffing for internal and external events.
Merch / Retail
Support retail sales through product knowledge and member engagement.
