At BODY20, we’re redefining personal training through cutting-edge EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) technology. Our sessions are just 20 minutes—but the results are powerful.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Converting leads to members through a consultative sales approach
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Screen prospects to book 1st free workout session with qualified lead
- Greet and engage prospective members with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Conduct studio tours and explain BODY20’s unique EMS training benefits
- Support studio events, local outreach, and community partnerships
- Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Sales and customer service experience REQUIRED
- Successful Fitness experience sales
- Self-motivated with a team-player mentality
- Comfortable with technology; scripts and CRM systems
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their goals
- Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holiday
- Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
- Strong organizational skills
